Whilst we receive many thank you letters on arrival of the baskets, the following emails recently received say it all:
Excellent service. I have been using your baskets in my freezers for the past 25 years (this is my third freezer) and think they are fantastic. They really do enable you to find anything quickly. They encourage more efficient use of the space as well as avoiding small items migrating to the bottom, never to be seen again.
Regards, Ayls Helm
Following successful receipt of our baskets I just had to write to tell you how delighted we are with the baskets. From the very beginning the service from your company has been excellent and the delivery happened exactly as you said it would. The baskets fit the freezer beautifully and slide like a dream. Everything is so easy to find in the freezer and I would certainly recommend the baskets to anyone.
Thank you once again,
Mary Mackay
Thank you very much for the baskets. You would not have believed that anyone could get so excited about freezer baskets! I am thrilled with them - they have changed my life already. No longer the dreaded search for that elusive item that I know is there but cannot find. Also, I have got far more room than I had before, your system is so efficient in every way.
Kind regards and good luck with your transforming business!

Why are our customers so delighted?
Every basket can be packed tight using every cubic inch of the capacity yet every item is accessible.
They are able to open the lid, find any item in the freezer, get it out and close the lid all within 15 seconds.
If you can't do this when the baskets are installed, send them back to us and we will refund the cost and your postage.
The baskets will be providing a thoroughly efficient storage system with easy access to any item for the next 20 years or more, for the equivalent cost of three cups of coffee each year.
This really is a worthwhile investment.
The great efficiency comes from filling the freezer with the baskets. If any spaces remain, loose items will block the movement and cause problems. Thus the sizes of the baskets must be just right. The two top layers of baskets should be all the same size to avoid a Chinese puzzle when moving them about. The base layer can be larger as they will only be moved when defrosting, about once a year. If there is a step within the cavity, make the base layer the exact same height as the step so that the upper baskets can slide accross evenly. Defrostring a freezer (normally a morning's work) with these baskets is only a 15 minute job - lift out the baskets, scrape off the frost and put them back in.
